-You are prepared to foster and/or adopt a dog(s)
-You are generally open to a dog of any breed, age, size, and temperament
-You will complete all associated paperwork for Lake Lowell Animal Rescue's purposes
-If you have any, you will bring your dog(s) to meet any potential adoptees at the event
