    LALA’S JAZZ – ALLISON WHEELER – WINTERSPRING – FEB. 13TH

    February 13 @ 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

    Lala's Jazz
Lala’s Jazz was co-founded by myself, and few others, summer of 2025.  Our mission is to promote and foster the art form of jazz music through the creation of venue performances and educational experience.  We have a passion to contribute to the expansion of Boise’s cultural fabric through jazz music.  We had a very successful run of shows last fall and are excited to continue this spring with larger monthly shows at the Hemingway Center on BSU’s campus. We are featuring headlining musicians based out of the Czech Republic, Los Angeles, and NYC.  The first two shows will also feature talented local student combos who will open the show during cocktail hour, providing them a stage to share their music and take part in experiential learning.
We are excited to be bringing a variety of jazz to the area from traditional jazz to modern and avant garde jazz and are passionate about supporting and uniting local musicians, touring musicians, and student musicians.  We also have a mission to provide a listening room/jazz club atmosphere for music lovers in our community to gather.
The first show of this calendar year is February 13th.  You can find more details here: https://lalasjazz.com/jazzperformances/
