Join the 6th Annual Winstead Park Neighborhood Association Halloween Parade! This free family-friendly event starts with a costume parade around the walking loop of Winstead Park beginning near the playground. Walk loop as many times as you want until we run out of candy! Finish your walk with hot cocoa or apple cider under the picnic shelter. Stop by the photo booth to grab a fun family snapshot. Friendly leashed dogs are welcome.

***VOLUNTEERS NEEDED***
