We loved that some members of “The Dip” made time for a session before their show at Treefort Music Hall
Singer Tom Eddy and Bassist Mark Hunter met at the University of Washington Jazz department in 2013. Their full band includes horns, and many more players. We were lucky to hear them like this.
They’ve toured with bands like Durand Jones, and Lake Street Dive. Listeners enjoyed this sweet jazz music, while sipping on Idaho Kombucha.
Their first album was recorded at Avast Studio in Seattle. Their second album was recorded in their home studio. This latest album was recorded by 64 Sound in L.A. This is the title track of “Love Direction.”
Our next session is June 13th, with the ladies in Trousdale!
