What an honor to have Bear and the boys in from NEEDTOBREATHE! We’ve followed this band for years, and had sessions with them in studio and at The Record Exchange. Today they joined us in the Bronco Motors Listener Lounge. The band is all grown up now and has families. Caves is their 9th album. Bear talked about how during Covid, he gained 10 pounds and got some introspection.
Our audience enjoyed Port of Subs sandwiches, and Idaho Kombucha while watching the session. We used nearly all the channels on our mixer for this one, and it’s so much fun to have a large band in when everyone is so chill to work with!
Bear said that they were traveling with a tattoo artist, and he’d gotten 4 tats in 3 days.
The nonprofit they’re supporting is called For Others, with money going to Foster Care. NEEDTOBREATHE sounded amazing, and make sure you check out Bear’s other project Wilder Woods.
