This U.K. band took time to join us before their Treefort performance on the Hideout stage. Noah and Georgie did most recording of their music in their bedroom. Georgie says the band members are like Swiss Army Knives, they can play anything.
The Heavy Heavy are fro Malvern, in Worcestershire, England, a place with healing water and famous authors. I saw them be excited about the wall signatures for the band “Bailen,” one of my favorites. Their harmonies remind me a bit of this band, and Tim is reminded of CSNY.
The band has about 50 songs not yet recorded. They say it’s hard to write on the road. They hope to release full album by early next year. They have 170 days to spend touring America. We’re so glad they stopped in to play our Blue Moon Listener Lounge!
