She’s an artist you may have seen and heard as a contestant on Nashville Star. Texas Singer/songwriter Shawn Mayer joined us for a quick visit and session in the Blue Moon Listener Lounge.
Shawn talked about the pressure of competing against other songwriters in the show, and saying how she would rather share with someone than compete. Over the years, Shawn Mayer has done much non-profit work with Veterans. She was passionate and genuine, and I was so glad we took some time to have a visit and session with her.
She is doing some local shows and house concerts, and playing Saturday night at The Lounge at the End of the Universe, off Vista and Bank Drive.
