Undecorating the Boise Airport

On the day after Thanksgiving, I’m part of the crew that puts up the holiday decorations at the Boise Airport. Miles of garland, Christmas trees, wreaths. And on New Year’s Day, it all comes down. While taking down the garland on the third floor overlooking TSA, the agents were asking us to please leave it up. It cheered them up. I wish we could have. As you can see, there are slow times these days in the TSA lines.

The tiny evergreens in front of the windows go into storage.

Garland in the center and around the top, folded up and into bins. My daughter helped undecorate. It goes much faster than decking the halls in November.
