About a month ago, I bought a hot cocoa bomb at a grocery store. I was excited to try one because I had seen them on Intagram. Only, it didn’t open up. It melted into a waxy blob at the bottom of the cup and when we chipped it open with a spoon, a few sad dried up marshmallow bits were exposed. I have a friend who told me I should try the ones she makes. She has a baking hobby, Sweet Talk Bake Shop, right here in Boise. And wow. Just look at the video of how a perfect cocoa bomb opens. And so delicious.
