It feels a little TMI to post this, but hey, it’s real-life. This is what my trash can looked like. Mysterious brown stuff that has that peculiar scent. Why is there duct tape in there? No idea. The cleaning can be done once a month, every two months, quarterly, or just once. $15 per month, add $7 for each additional bin. If you’re putting grass clippings into a compost cart, a regular cleaning is needed when it’s hot because the clippings liquefy into a sticky, stinky mess.
