I stumbled onto this event last night, and what a great discovery it was! This was the third installment of Idaho Refugees speaking about a quilt project representing their stories.
The Linen Building featured story quilts crafted by Artisans for Hope, and writer and Idaho Commission on the Arts teaching artist Malia Collins. Veronique Giwe Tongbi, Wafaa Alwan, Jenefar Paul, and others their stories. Here are two stories.
