Ramen Pong, Sex and Paula Poundstone

George Prentice from the Boise Weekly stopped by River Mornings with Ken & Deb Wednesday to chat about the latest issue. After a couple of years of promises, Boise is finally getting a ramen restaurant/bar where you can also play ping-pong, a.k.a. table tennis. Rama Pong will open in April underneath Boise Fry Co. on Capitol Blvd.

Also in the new issue, George interviewed Paula Poundstone. She will be at The Egyptian Jan. 17.

And George held a mock trial to quash the professional critics who are not happy with the Ruth Bader Ginsberg biopic On the Basis of Sex, which opens Friday at The Flicks.

Listen to our chat with him below.

The latest issue of Boise Weekly is on stands today for free, tucked into Idaho Press tomorrow, and online now. Preview of the current issue every Wednesday at 7:40 on River Mornings.
